Quick! Here are this week’s results!

Weekly Weigh-In #5: 238.5 lbs.

Gain/loss of: -3.4 lbs.

Current stats with 43 weeks to go. If I lose:

  • 1 pound a week: 45 pounds (194.5 pounds at goal date)
  • 1.5 pounds a week: 67.5 pounds (171.5 pounds at goal date)
  • 2 pounds a week: 90 pounds (148.5 pounds at goal date)

So far, this is the most I’ve lost in a week’s time so I’m happy about that. I was, however, at 238 lbs. sometime last week so there’s a little disappointment as well. But in looking at the stats, I am well on my way to reaching my goal and possibly doing it ahead of schedule. If that’s the case, I may keep going until my goal date to see if I can reach my ideal body weight, which is about 175 lbs. or so.

And for what it’s worth, this week’s meals included a 6″ Subway Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich and a few slices of Papa John’s Barbecue Chicken pizza–in the same day, I might add. Last night’s dinner consisted of smoked salmon and salad.

Why cheat yourself? It’s all about moderation, people!
