At some point, we will all experience life-changing situations that were completely unexpected and demand our immediate attention.

Today my family received news of just that. I will not go into details.

But it’s at a time like this when you suddenly realize what’s most important in your life, and now my attention must be shifted to exactly that and not myself or my weight loss progress.

My family has a long road ahead of us that we hope will not be marred by any speed bumps or potholes, but we must prepare ourselves for any possibility.

So as of now, I’m singing off from the blog and have no immediate plans to return. I ask that you please respect my decision and privacy.
