Well, here goes nothing…

  • Weekly Weigh-In #17: 217.3 lbs.
  • Last week’s weight: 216.4 lbs.
  • Gain/loss of: +0.9 lbs.
  • Weekly average lost: 2.1 lbs.

With the Fair in town, it’s no surprise that I gained weight this week, even if I didn’t overindulge myself the way I thought I would. I really only ate one thing the whole time we were there and had a small dinner, so I was good. And I got to walk around all day so that definitely counts as exercise.

But I also attribute this gain to my lack of walking. I was still rather ill last week and couldn’t walk my normal 1.5 miles at lunch, instead opting for 1 mile or less. But I’m feeling better this week so I’ve got no more excuses.

On the Wii Fit front, I’ve decided to give up on yoga and focus strictly on all of the (advanced) aerobics exercises: Super Hula-Hoop, a full island lap, advanced step and advances rhythm boxing. I’m pretty drenched by the time I’m done. I still, however, do the torso twists.

That’s all for now. We’ll see how this week goes. Let’s hope we all have good ones and that the scale will like us next week 🙂
